Repeat Prescriptions

Please note that from the 30th October 2020 you will no longer be able to request medication or leave queries via our answer machine (option 3 from the main menu). This is to improve our prescription request service.

You can make your request using the slips available in surgery. Carefully mark the items required and forward them to us in person or by post (if you attach an SAE we will return your prescription by post).

You can also send requests by email to

Alternatively you can order online via the link below. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using the service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed if there is a query on your request this may take longer, remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. Thank you.
