Appointments

We are pleased to announce the return of online booking from the 1st of March 2022

As we reinstate this service, you will be able to book GP telephone appointments up to two weeks in advance (subject to availability). Please note if you require a face to face appointment, your GP will arrange this with you during your telephone consultation; this is to keep patients and staff safe.

All surgeries are by appointment and can be booked by calling reception on 020 8539 2077. We are able to offer same day doctor’s appointments only (with the exception of online booking). Our appointments are 10 minute slots; if you are attending for multiple problems please ask for a double appointment as this will help prevent the doctor from over running.

Urgent Appointments - Telephone Triage

We will still have urgent appointments each day for the doctor, these are assessed by Telephone Triage. The GP will call you between 9am -1pm and after a telephone consultation, if the doctor wishes to see you in person they will arrange a time for you to be seen on the same day.

(Urgent appointments are not for repeat prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms).

Telephone Advice

All doctors are available for telephone consultations.

Chaperones

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.

Teaching & Research

As a teaching practice, medical students spend part of their training with us from Queen Mary’s University. This may involve students being physically present in an appointment or in group video calls to our patients. Consultations and calls will be confidential and used only for teaching purposes. We will always ask you first and get your consent to use video calls for teaching. Please click here for more information. We value your co-operation with this, but understand if you would prefer not to be involved.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can cancel online bookings up to an hour before the appointment time.
